Milestones
– Plan and carry out networking activities for the first year of the Action.
– Establish a common understanding and framework for the Action.
– Plan network activities and maintain the network.
– Plan for continuing the network after completion of the Action, pushing for new research activities.
Description
Working Group 1 aims at developing the common academic perspective of the Action and adapt it to the research as it progresses. It is important to develop and maintain the network, pushing it towards a collective group of researchers that share a core understanding of the the lack of empirically-grounded and methodical analyses of the positive and negative impacts of ICTs on states and societies at large.
